Meet The Producer

Zalmon is a creation by the team behind Sazzy and Fran, a beloved East London cafe founded in 2017. Known for their vegan treats and vibrant approach to plant-based dining, Sazzy and Fran crafted Zalmon as a cafe-exclusive for their popular “Zalmon and cream cheese” bagel. The response was overwhelming, and soon Zalmon found its way from cafe favourite to must-have for food lovers and establishments across the UK.
