How To Serve
Heat a splash of oil and a little water in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the cubes, cover, and sizzle for 2-3 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally. Once crisped and heated through, add to your favourite dish for a burst of smoky flavour.

These are great! If I had a slight criticism it would be I'd prefer them a tiny bit smaller, but the flavour was super tasty and was delicious sprinkled on top of pasta with a basic tomato sauce
The pancetta is so good. Made a Carbonara after a long time following the recipe on the website 🥳
Tasty and nicely crispy. If I had to point out a couple of things, for my taste are just a little bit too salty and it would be great if the size of the pieces was smaller so I do not have to cut them in little cubes. But overall a great product.
