How To Serve
Heat up a splash of oil and a little water on medium heat in a non-stick pan. Add your steak (whole or cut into strips), cover, and sizzle for about 3-4 minutes, turning halfway. Once heated through and crisped up on the outside, add it last to your favourite stew or stir-fry, so that it doesn’t overcook, or serve with a tasty side and sauce.

Very tasty product, had it on its own with veg and chopped up in a tomato pasta.
I tried the Vegan steak. I don't like either the texture or taste. Even after cooking the steak it looked wet, rubbery and uncooked. The taste has a strange under taste which we don't like. I've tried Sgaia products before and thought I'd give them another go as I wasn't impressed. Still don't like the different products. Sorry. There are much better and cheaper alternatives
Thanks for your review! We are sorry to hear your disappointment. If the steak appears wet and has a distinct under taste after its been cooked, it is very likely because it has not been cooked long enough or at high enough heat. As there are only natural ingredients in this product, it can have a very different taste previous to being pan-fried (as we do not rely on chemical flavour stabilisers).
I’m not sure if I cooked this wrongly but the steak was rubbery
