How To Serve
Remove the roast from the vacuum pack and netting. Slice into approximately 2cm thick pieces while cold. Heat oil and a little water or broth in a non-stick pan. Cook the slices, covered, for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and the liquid evaporates. Serve hot with roasted vegetables and your favourite gravy.

Just had some of the roast for dinner with potatoes. Superb alternative to meat and to serve to your vegan/vegetarian friends at family gathering. Very fast and simple to cook. We will definitely buy this again
This is my third time getting this fabulous roast and it definitely will not be the last. Delicious and very, very easy to cook. The texture is smooth, not chewy, firm but not tough. Would recommend cooking following the provided instructions in order to boost its flavour.
I am a very fussy eater and I loved this! (So fussy I don’t like veg - which makes eating vegan very difficult!)
