How To Serve

Unpack and remove the netting, then slice the roast cold. Heat a tablespoon of oil and a few splashes of water in a non-stick pan. Add the slices to the pan, cook covered for 3-4 minutes on each side until soft and slightly browned, adding more water and oil as needed. Serve hot with roasted vegetables and a generous helping of gravy.

Sunday roasts are back!

Since turning vegan we have become accustomed to 'ok' meat replacements. After tasting Sgaia I was blown away and so happy that I'd found the missing component to our Sunday roast dinners.
We are hosting Christmas dinner this year for our family and the 'Chicken' and 'Beef' roasts will be served to all. Thanks guys :)

Fantastic

We had the beef-style roast on Easter Sunday with home made vegan gravy and all the trimmings. It is so tender and tasty. Plenty of leftovers so good value. I prefer it to the chicken-style roast (which is also great) so hope the beef-style is available at Christmas!
