Ingredients:⁠ ⁠
🍅 Slow Cooked Plant-Based Ragù
🌶🔥 Vegan 'Nduja Style Spread
🍝 Pasta sheets ⁠
🥛 Vegetable Milk (we used oat milk) ⁠
🌰 Nutmeg ⁠
🧂 Salt and black pepper ⁠
🌾 Flour ⁠
🌱🧈 Vegan Butter ⁠
🌱🧀 Vegan Parmesan Cheese
🌱🧀 Vegan Mozzarella

Cooking steps:⁠ ⁠
1️⃣ Cook lasagna sheets until al dente, then dry them off for the perfect base. 🍝 💦
2️⃣ Melt vegan butter, add flour and milk to create a bechamel, and season with salt, black pepper, and nutmeg. 🌱🧈🥛
