Ingredients:⁠ ⁠ 
🍝 Short Pasta, like Rigatoni or Penne⁠ 
🌱🥛 Oat cream
🌱🥓 Smoky Flavour Pancetta Cubes
🌿Flat-leaf Parsley
🌱🧀 Vegan Parmesan Cheese
🧂 Black Pepper and Salt

Cooking Steps:⁠ ⁠

1️⃣ Boil the pasta and cook it three times longer than the pack says. Drain it and give it an ice bath. After a few minutes, dehydrate for 30 mins in the oven (make sure is 100% dry before the deep fry). 🍝

2️⃣ Deep fry the pasta until it floats! 

3️⃣ Chop our Smoky Flavour Pancetta Cubes, then sizzle them in a pan with butter and oil until they are crispy. 🌱🥓

4️⃣ In another pan - mix oat cream and Vegan Parmesan Cheese until it becomes a velvety, dreamy sauce. Season with Black Pepper and Salt to taste.🌱🧀🥛

5️⃣ Plate up with the luscious creamy sauce, sprinkle some crispy pancetta cubes, and crown it with the deep-fried pasta.⁠ Season with black pepper and salt to taste, and add a sprinkle of parsley - Time to enjoy this symphony of flavours! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳
