A Family Dream Turned Reality
Nutty Artisan Foods began as a personal challenge: to craft plant-based cheeses that delivered real flavour and texture, not the bland, plastic-like substitutes often found on the market. After countless kitchen experiments, Carol perfected the recipe for their iconic Simply Blue. Encouraged by Yessica, the family turned their passion into a business in 2018, and Nutty Artisan Foods was born.

Their process is rooted in simplicity and authenticity. Using premium cashews from Tanzania, they blend the nuts with water and ferment them slowly with live cultures. A touch of salt completes the recipe, resulting in clean, handcrafted cheeses with minimal ingredients.
