- Jim Fuller, Co-Founder & Chief Science Officer: Jim's journey began as a BBQ-loving Texan, and he honed his culinary skills as a fine dining chef. His academic pursuits in Chemical Engineering and Agricultural Science led him to become a Mycologist, or mushroom scientist. With over 15 years of experience in cultivating culinary and exotic mushrooms, Jim’s expertise is at the forefront of Fable's innovative approach to meat alternatives. His passion for mushrooms and nutritional science drives the research and development of Fable’s delicious products.
- Michael Fox, Co-Founder & CEO: Michael grew up enjoying meat but made the transition to vegetarianism in 2015 for health, environmental, and ethical reasons, eventually embracing a fully vegan lifestyle. His dedication to cooking healthy meals for his family, including two young children, inspired him to create a whole food plant-based meat alternative. Fable is the manifestation of his commitment to the planet and to delicious, health-conscious cooking.
- Chris McLoghlin, Co-Founder: Chris's journey into the world of food began with studies in entrepreneurship, but his fascination with regenerative agriculture and the crucial role of fungi in ecosystems led him to co-found Australia’s largest Certified Organic mushroom farming company.
